Buffalo Spine Surgery provides services for many patients with a wide spectrum of problems. Such care is best-delivered by a team approach carefully coordinated by Dr. Cappuccino and Dr. Den Haese. Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who are an integral part of this multi-modality team. As a surgical patient you can always anticipate seeing Dr. Cappuccino or Dr. Den Haese on initial examinations, and at appointments which will review vital information related to anticipated surgery or diagnostic studies. It will be Dr. Cappuccino or Dr. Den Haese who will explain and perform any proposed surgery. Dr. Cappuccino or Dr. Den Haese will also see you within six weeks of your surgery for a post-operative check. Most other appointments will be coordinated by our PAs and NPs under Dr. Cappuccino and Dr. Den Haese's careful supervision. Of course, if a new surgical problem develops, Dr. Cappuccino or Dr. Den Haese will be happy to reevaluate you.
